Lose weight?
Maybe. Maybe Not.I exercise for strength,
for health,
for fun,
for me!© elizabeth patch, from More to Love
No matter what size or shape you are,
and no matter what you weigh,
you can choose to live a life of
better health and greater happiness
by treating your body with respect and dignity.
You can choose to:
• Feed yourself with nourishing foods.
• Engage in pleasurable physical activities that suit your abilities and lifestyle.
• Enjoy loving relationships with the people in your life.
• Do work that is satisfying and productive.
• Express yourself through creative outlets.
• Challenge your mind and enrich your soul.
None of these positive choices require anything more than a healthy attitude!
No matter who we are, we can all improve our health and happiness!
What positive things can you do right now?
Pick one and have fun:
food, physical activity, relationships, work, creative expression, mental stimulation or spiritual growth

What a pretty and positive image! And wonderful sentiments, too. There is so much more to life than just our outer appearance.
Hi there.
Love your philosophy!
Stopping by via SITS to say hello.
Have a great day!
My goal at the beginning of the year was to do this, but somehow I have gotten off the path.
I just bought a bicycle. A gorgeous, purple, European styled, LAYDEEZ bike. I want to tootle around with my basket on the front, getting out and about for some fresh air and fun. I have no desire to turn it into a competition or to use it to punish myself. I just want to have fun!
Girls just wanna have fun!
Kath: I’ve always wanted a girly bike with a basket! Congrats on your purchase.
What can I do to make me happier right now? Microwave some leftover pizza and dive into my homework!

Indeed , its all about Attitude and its all upto you !!
Love your blog and sketches
I find that when something is bugging me, by dealing with it and finding a solution really makes me happy. Also, keeping a good attitude in the meantime helps greatly!
Visiting from SITS.
THANKS to Margarita at the Weightless blog at Psychology Central for featuring my blog as one of the 20 Inspiring Ways to Boost Your Body Image

This is my first visit to your blog — and certainly will not be my last!
happy saturday SITS sharefest!!! and….i could use a little more physical activity definitely!!! with two little ones its hard to find time to work out!!! i guess i could count chasing them as cardio right????
Stopping by from SITS!! I love your blog. I am also following you now. Hope you have a great weekend
so much to choose its overwhelming! I think I’ll start VERY small (what’s for dinner?) and take a little walk after work, tell my family I love them, be grateful I still have a job, do some knitting, finish a sodoku puzzle, and remember to pray for those less fortunate than I am. I feel healthier & happier already!
