and no matter what you weigh,
you can choose to live a life of
better health and greater happiness
by treating your body with respect and dignity.

You can choose to:

• Feed yourself with nourishing foods.

• Engage in pleasurable physical activities that suit your abilities and lifestyle.

• Enjoy loving relationships with the people in your life.

• Do work that is satisfying and productive.

• Express yourself through creative outlets.

• Challenge your mind and enrich your soul.

None of these positive choices require anything more than a healthy attitude!


No matter who we are,  we can all improve our health and happiness!
